Stan Chang is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades in the energy and utilities sector. Notably, Stan has served in multiple managerial roles at Potelco Inc from October 2001 to September 2024, including Business Operations Manager and Operations Manager. Prior to Potelco, Stan held the position of Supervisor District Operations at Puget Sound Energy from 2000 to 2001 and worked as an Analyst/Consultant at PSEG in 1999-2000. Earlier career experience includes consulting roles at SAP America and engineering and project management positions at FirstEnergy, where Stan worked from 1987 to 1997. Stan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering, earned between 1983 and 1987.
