Patricia Writer is an experienced educator specializing in literacy and writing instruction, currently serving as an Intensive Literacy Teacher at The Fenn School since September 2016. Patricia has a long-standing tenure at Carroll School as a Writing Teacher since June 2003, where support is provided to students with LBLD during the Summer @ Carroll program. Additional experience includes roles as an ELL Teacher at Belmont Day School, a teacher at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, Neskowin Valley School, and Advent Episcopal School. Earlier career highlights consist of an internship in the Education Department at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, and a Facility Use Coordinator position at the Southwest Museum of the American Indian. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Education from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History, Criticism and Conservation/Anthropology from Occidental College.
