Wendy Holland, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at The Carroll Companies since October 2022. Prior to this role, Wendy operated as a Human Resources and Project Management Consultant from April 2005 to September 2022, offering expertise to various organizations in the Triad Region, including Sandvik/Walter Tools, Syngenta, The Fresh Market, and High Point University, among others. Wendy's earlier experience includes positions such as HRIS Support Manager at General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems and Manager of Operations at Cabrion Limited. Wendy began a career in human resources with Novartis Corporation, working as an HRIS/Compensation/Benefits Support Analyst. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
