DJ Robertson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting in 2004, DJ began their career at Walt Disney World as a Hospitality Intern, excelling in providing exceptional guest service and supporting the leadership team. They then became a Housekeeping Manager, partnering with multiple departments to ensure excellent guest experiences and implementing safety procedures.
In 2006, DJ moved to Omni Hotels, where they served as a VIP Services Supervisor, creating VIP standards of procedure guidelines and streamlining the amenity process. They later became an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, leading a team of 40 associates and managing the daily operations of multiple dining venues. DJ also served as the David's Club Manager, overseeing the hiring and development of an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and enhancing the restaurant experience with a new wine list.
In 2011, DJ joined the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin resort as an Assistant General Manager at Todd English's bluezoo, scheduling and coordinating Cast Members for a unique dining experience. They then became an Assistant Banquet Manager, leading a team of 250 servers, bartenders, captains, and generating significant revenue. DJ's responsibilities included beverage ordering, maintaining vendor relationships, and maximizing profit margin. They eventually became the Complex Director of Purchasing, responsible for purchasing and procurement for the entire resort.
Currently, DJ is working as a Project Director at The Carroll Adams Group, starting their role in 2023.
DJ Robertson attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2001 to 2005. The field of study pursued by DJ during this time was Human Resource Management. No details or information regarding the attainment of a specific degree were provided.
