Joe Robbins started their career as an Electrician at IBEW in March 1994 and worked there until December 1997. In February 1998, they joined The Carlstar Group as an Engineering and Controls Technician.

Joe Robbins attended Pellissippi State Community College from 2009 to 2012. Joe completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians.
