Simon Ralton also operated as a Learning and Development Consultant and spent over a decade at Canada Life as a Learning & Development Manager, overseeing training activities and recruitment processes. Further experience includes roles at Viatel UK Limited and Britannia Building Society, with significant expertise in training needs analysis, coaching, and apprentice scheme implementation.
