Angel Mendoza has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Restaurant Manager and previously holding positions such as Server Trainer and Server Assistant at The Capital Grille since January 2016. Prior roles include Assistant Restaurant Manager at Universal Orlando Resort, Restaurant FOH/Beverage Manager at Outback Steakhouse, and Beverage Manager and Head Bartender at TGI Fridays. Angel began the career as a Service Professional at Red Lobster, gaining varied experience as a server, bartender, host, alley coordinator, expo, and supervisor. Angel holds a High School Diploma from Saint John's Preparatory School and attended Howard University from 2000 to 2001.
