Jodi Levine is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as a chef at The Canyon at Peace Park since January 2009, specializing in organic cuisine free from refined sugars, hormones, pesticides, and additives. In addition, Jodi is a partner at GH2OS, co-creating a patented containment unit designed to prevent waste from entering oceans, and has been the owner of Global H2O Solutions since January 2005, collaborating with fiancé C. Raymond Ledsworth on the product. Earlier experience includes working as a Banquet Manager for various casinos in Las Vegas from February 1994 to April 2004, where Jodi organized events for up to 100 guests. Jodi also holds an esthetician degree in skin care from West Valley College, completed between 2007 and 2008.
