Jesse Pound is an accomplished startup advisor and project leader with extensive experience in mentoring and managing teams across various innovative ventures. Currently serving as a Startup Advisor at BETA Camp, Jesse oversees youth teams in developing startups and has held positions as Project Lead at Vunatec, where efforts focus on using technology to reduce food loss in agriculture, and as a Cansbridge Fellow, participating in unique internship opportunities in Asia. Jesse also contributes as an Alumni and Innovator at The Knowledge Society, and has held leadership roles at Queen's Startup Consulting, including Co-Chair and Vice President of Technology. Additional involvement includes fellowships at RippleX and Future Academy, co-founding Ember Bazaar to address wildfire prevention, and acting as an ambassador for YELL Canada. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Materials Engineering at Queen's University, Jesse showcases a commitment to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.
