Shannon Gleason is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in client service and accounting roles within the insurance and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Client Service Specialist at The Campbell Group, an Acrisure Partner since September 2021, Shannon's previous positions include Service Advocate at Farmers Insurance and Accounting Clerk at PrepNet, LLC and DK Security. A background in commercial billing and mortgage fulfillment was gained during tenures at Farmers Insurance and Lake Michigan Credit Union, respectively. Shannon also has military experience as a Security Forces member in the United States Air Force from 2002 to 2005. Education was completed at the University of Phoenix from 2007 to 2011.
