Jeffrey Singer is a seasoned professional in international development with extensive experience leading large teams and managing complex projects. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of the International Development Division at The Cadmus Group since February 2023, Jeffrey previously held the role of Senior Vice President for International Development at Nathan Associates Inc. since June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing a global team of approximately 200 professionals and driving growth in various sectors such as trade, economic policy, and digital transformation. Prior to this, Jeffrey was President and CEO of The QED Group, LLC, leading the firm through a significant transformation. Early in the career, Jeffrey held various roles at ACDI/VOCA, including Director of the Europe and Asia Division. Jeffrey holds a Political Science degree from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Russian and East European Studies from The George Washington University.
