Ari Young is a seasoned analyst and consultant specializing in transportation compliance, community resilience, and energy resilience. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at The Cadmus Group since March 2023, Ari previously worked as a Transportation Compliance Officer for the Maricopa County Air Quality Department, where responsibilities included managing commute trip reduction programs. As an Independent Contractor, Ari created educational materials to promote Resilience Hubs and collaborated with Arizona State University. Earlier experience includes roles at Converge Strategies, LLC, and the Global Resilience Institute, along with various research and administrative positions at Northeastern University. Ari holds a Master of Science in Security and Resilience Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Northeastern University.
