Carl Morse is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in the food and beverage industry as well as operations management. Currently serving as Lead Barista at The Butcher's Daughter in New York since June 2019, Carl prepares artisan beverages for over 200 customers daily and collaborates with management on seasonal menu innovations. In addition, Carl has been the Operations Manager at Treatement by Lanshin since June 2020, leveraging expertise in Shopify for inventory management and enhancing product visuals using Photoshop. Previous roles include serving as a Barista at TOMS and as an Account Manager at Sail Away Coffee. Carl holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography/Meteorology from Buffalo State and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Erie Community College.
