Shon Hender is an accomplished IT and cybersecurity professional currently serving as Director of IT & Cybersecurity at Novva Data Centers since April 2024, while also teaching Cybersecurity and Information Technology at Davis Technical College ECOE since May 2018. Hender has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Senior Manager of Core Infrastructure Engineering at Google and Senior Director of Cloud Operations at Mandiant, where significant operational transformations were implemented. Previous positions include Director of Cloud Operations at Carbonite and Senior Manager of Cloud Infrastructure at Seagate Technology.
