Dwight Mihalicz, FCMC®, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and leadership. Currently serving as TEC Canada Chair, Dwight guides CEOs and leaders of scaling organizations, promoting sustainable business practices. Through Effective Managers Inc., Dwight enhances productivity and accountability within organizations. As an Excellence Practitioner for The Business Excellence Institute, Dwight champions excellence in management across a global membership. In prior roles, Dwight held significant positions such as Past Chair of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes and Chairperson at UNICEF Canada, where strategic planning and governance enhancements were implemented. With a foundation in organizational performance improvement established during tenure at Capelle Associates and contributions to the Canadian Red Cross Society, Dwight's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Ottawa.
