Francis Deppner is a seasoned professional in the benefits and insurance industry, currently serving as a Senior Benefits Consultant at Business Benefits Group (BBG) since May 2018, where responsibilities encompass plan design, strategic planning, and internal marketing initiatives. Prior to BBG, Francis held the position of Lead Sales Producer at Allstate from January 2014 to May 2018, building on a career in insurance that began as an Insurance Agent with American Income Life Insurance Company in 2013. Earlier roles include Program Coordinator for MORE FOUNDATION GROUP and Trees for the Future, focusing on business partnerships for environmental sustainability projects. Francis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from the University of Maryland and an Associate of Arts in Fine/Studio Arts from Montgomery College.
