Joe Delisis is a Benefits Consultant at GBS Benefits, Inc. since April 2020, collaborating with business leaders and Human Resources teams to optimize insurance costs while improving the employee experience and health outcomes. Prior to this role, Joe served as a Sales Director at UnitedHealth Group from February 2006 to April 2020, where leadership was provided for a sales team focused on employer medical and ancillary sales. Joe also held positions as an Account Executive at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah from March 2011 to March 2016 and as a Board Member. Earlier in Joe's career, experience included working as a Financial Analyst at Mercer, where analysis of health and wellness options for corporate clients was conducted. Joe Delisis holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a BS in Finance from the University of Utah's David Eccles School of Business.
