Vimlesh Kumar Giri is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the General Manager Operations at The Burger Company since April 2024, Vimlesh previously held the position of City Operations Manager at The Belgian Waffle Co, managing 40 outlets from June 2022 to April 2024. Vimlesh's extensive experience includes working as a Regional Manager for The Belgian Fries Co, overseeing 80 outlets across North India and major cities, as well as serving as an Area Manager at Fabcafe Foods Private Limited, where responsibilities included operations, training, and audits. Vimlesh began a career in hospitality at Haldiram Snacks Pvt.Ltd. as a Restaurant Manager and progressed from a team member to Cafe Manager at Cafe Coffee Day.
