Kristi Arnold began their work experience in 1992 with a role in the Insurance Department at Wachovia. In 1993, they joined The Budd Group as an Assistant Controller, overseeing payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions. Kristi was later promoted to Director of Accounting Services, where they led the accounting team in financial innovations and projects to support the company's growth. Kristi'sfocus was on customer service, both externally and internally.

Kristi Arnold attended Salem Academy from 1986 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. Kristi then went on to Presbyterian College from 1989 to 1993, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management.
