Leah Prescott, M.Ed, is a seasoned Production Design Artist with extensive experience in innovative product design and development, currently leading a five-member team at The Brookwood Community since July 2014. In this role, Leah has successfully directed the creation and execution of 15 new products, contributing to significant revenue growth and maintaining a 98% project completion rate. Previously, as Assisted Living Manager, Leah transformed the lives of individuals with disabilities through personalized care and engaging extracurricular activities. Leah's background also includes experience as a Children's Ministry Educator at Ecclesia Houston, where a Montessori-inspired curriculum was implemented for young students, and as a Museum Educational Assistant at the Children's Museum of Houston, enhancing visitor engagement through interactive programs. Leah holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Houston.
