Jochen Tree is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Headteacher at The Bromfords School and Sixth Form College since September 2021, having previously held the role of Acting Headteacher. From January 2014 to August 2021, Jochen worked as Deputy Head Teacher at the same institution. Prior to this, Jochen served as Assistant Headteacher and Head of Year at St. Martin's School from September 2001 to December 2013. Jochen's earlier career includes a position as Head of History at Thomas Lord Audley School from September 1996 to August 2001 and as a History Teacher at Tring School from September 1993 to August 1996. Jochen's educational background includes a PGCE in History and English from the University of East Anglia and a degree in History and Literature from the University of Essex, along with foundational education at Maidstone Grammar School for Boys.
