Patrick Kutza is an experienced Resident Manager with a strong background in property management and maintenance. Currently serving at The Brodsky Organization since April 2023, Patrick previously excelled as a Project Manager at Doorstead and as a Resident Manager at Greystar, overseeing the operations of a 153-unit rental building. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Superintendent at AKAM, where Patrick managed daily operations and construction projects, and as a Handyman at Brown Harris Stevens, responsible for apartment and building repairs. Patrick holds course completions in Residential Building Systems and Maintenance, as well as Residential Property Management from NYU School of Professional Studies.
