Jeff Guinn currently serves as the F&B Director and Executive Chef at The Broadway Hotel, a DoubleTree by Hilton property, since March 2013. In this role, Guinn oversees food and beverage operations in a vibrant downtown Columbia location. Additionally, Guinn has been a Chef Instructor at the University of Missouri since 2007, sharing expertise in culinary arts. Education includes a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management, both obtained from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
