Nigel Young has extensive experience in the food industry, having spent over four decades at British Pepper and Spice Co Ltd, where Nigel has held multiple positions including Quality System Manager, Technical Manager, Production Manager, and NPD Technologist since 1981. Prior to this role, Nigel worked as a Farm Labourer at Wakefield Lodge Estate from 1979 to 1981. Nigel's educational background includes A Levels in Biology and General History from Magdalen College School Brackley, attended from 1972 to 1979.
