Richard Ashley-Smith is an accomplished Equipment Asset Manager at The Bristol Port Company since February 2019, with a solid background in consultancy and marine engineering. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Frazer-Nash Consultancy and a key role in the Royal Navy as MCMV Through Life Manager, overseeing safety and maintenance of Mine Countermeasure Vessels. Richard has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Deputy Marine Engineer Officer, where leadership and strategic planning were essential.
