Gerald Rosengarten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and renewable energy. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Middle Island Solar Farm since July 2017, Rosengarten has overseen the development of a significant local renewable energy initiative. Additionally, Rosengarten has held long-term roles at The Bowery Hotel as a Developer and as Project Lead Developer at 24 East 12th Street Associates since 1999. Previous experience includes leading development projects at the Greenwich Village Medical Arts Building and New Theatre Building. Rosengarten was also a Restauranteur at Stand4 Restaurant and a Founding Partner at The Brick Studio, which notably produced a commercial featuring Beyoncé Knowles for PEPSI. Earlier career roots include serving as Managing Partner at Brooke Industries (N.Y.), Inc. from 1971 to 1976.
