Nicholas DeNisco is a Sales and Leasing Associate at The Boulos Company, a Maine and New Hampshire commercial real estate firm, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Nicholas held positions at SEQENS from May 2017 to November 2022 as a Business Development & Sales Associate and Quality Control Analyst II. Nicholas also gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Salem State University between January 2016 and December 2017, focusing on the quantification of biochemical contaminants in whale blubber samples. Nicholas earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biochemistry from Salem State University in 2016 and holds a high school diploma from St. John's Prep, completed in May 2012.
