Angela Amorizzo is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Food and Beverage General Manager at The Boca Raton since February 2022. Previously, Angela held positions as Food and Beverage Operations Manager at the same establishment and as Restaurant Manager at City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill from October 2020 to February 2022. As the founder of Amori Chocolate from February 2016 to February 2022, Angela showcased entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, experience includes roles as Front of House Manager and Assistant Pastry Chef at Leonelli Restaurant/Benno, as well as Assistant Pastry Chef at Café Boulud. Angela began a career in culinary arts at Le Bernardin as a Pastry Cook from February 2014 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, completed in 2014.
