Andrew Wichser, CHFE, has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Andrew most recently worked as the Assistant Director of Property Operations at The Boca Raton, where they were responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort. Prior to that, they held various management positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C., including Director of Facilities, Acting Director of Engineering/Chief Engineer, Chief Engineer, and Engineering Manager. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in managing facilities, implementing strategic plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of luxury resorts.

Andrew Wichser, CHFE has a Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University in 2021. Andrew also obtained a Certified Hospitality Facilities Executive degree in Facilities Planning and Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in 2017-2018. In addition, they hold an HVAC/R Cert. from the Penn Foster Group in Industrial Technology/Technician, which they completed from 2010 to 2012.
