Prior to this, Jack has held various managerial positions in the hospitality industry, including roles at Manly Pavilion, Craggy Range Vineyards Ltd, Chateau Marlborough Hotel, Allan Scott Family Winemakers, and Rainbow Ski Area. Jack has a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Business Management from Sheffield Hallam University. With a strong background in restaurant and venue management, Jack has consistently shown leadership and organizational skills in various roles throughout their career.
