Krisztina O'Dor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Krisztina began their career at Mainfreight in 2002, working in customer service. Krisztina then moved on to Adecco, where they served as a Recruitment Consultant, maintaining client relationships and ensuring high safety standards. In 2007, Krisztina joined Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited as an HR Business Partner, where they developed overall HR strategy, managed various HR activities, and acted as an employee champion and change agent. Krisztina later took on the role of Senior HR Advisor at St Ives Group from 2014 to 2017. At St Ives Home Care, they served as a Senior HR Business Partner before joining Saleslink Group as an HR Manager in 2018. Currently, Krisztina is the Head of People and Culture at Strikeforce AMC since September 2019.

Krisztina O'Dor completed a diploma in Human Resource Management at TAFE NSW from 2005 to 2006. In 2013, they earned a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Plenty Training. Krisztina also completed a Project Management course at Plenty Training in 2015. In December 2023, Krisztina obtained a certification in Coaching for High Performance from the Australian Institute of Management.
