Nathaniel Ward is a Claims Adjuster at The Black Car Fund since April 2019, providing expert testimony at New York Workers' Compensation hearings and making complex compensability decisions based on detailed analyses of dispatch logs, police reports, and DMV documents. Previously, Nathaniel worked as a Claims Service Representative 1 at the New York State Insurance Fund from January 2016 to March 2019, where responsibilities included investigating new claims and negotiating settlements. Prior experience includes volunteering full-time as a Supply and Logistics AmeriCorps member at SBP, focusing on the purchasing of construction materials for Hurricane Sandy recovery, and serving as an Emergency Services AmeriCorps leader at the American Red Cross in Greater New York, specializing in disaster relief logistics. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SUNY Geneseo, earned in 2012.
