Tameka Poland is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in sports journalism and media management. Currently serving as a Denise DeBartolo York Fellow with the San Francisco 49ers and a Strategic Communication Intern with The Big West Conference, Tameka has demonstrated strong leadership skills in previous roles, including managing inventory and supervising staff at Bed Bath & Beyond, and overseeing editorial operations as Sports Editor for The Daily Titan at California State University, Fullerton. Tameka has also held multiple editorial positions at Fullerton College's Hornet Newspaper and worked as an assistant to the Director of Operations for Ontario Fury, further showcasing expertise in content creation and event coordination. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Journalism from California State University, Fullerton, complemented by an associate degree and a certificate in broadcasting.
