Amina Oduntan currently serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Burnside Centre and has been a People Manager at The Big Life Group since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Advisor at Optivo, where responsibilities encompassed coaching managers on employee relations, supporting disciplinary procedures, and developing HR policies from August 2015 to April 2021, as well as positions as a People Advisor at Swiss Post Solutions Ltd and a Human Resources Generalist. Amina’s early career included roles in HR administration and support, demonstrating a strong foundation in human resources management. Amina holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development and Business Human Resource Development from London South Bank University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster.
