Shaena Grim, MBA, currently serves as the Chief of Staff at The BFM Fund, a venture capital firm dedicated to supporting Black and diverse founders. Previously, Shaena held various roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a PBO Operations Associate and Assistant Manager. Prior experience includes positions at First Republic Bank as Assistant Manager and Preferred Banker, as well as Sales & Marketing at Kashi Clinical Laboratories. Shaena began a career in retail at Old Navy, progressing through roles such as Assistant Manager of Merchandising and Assistant Store Manager of Service & Operations. Education includes a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University and a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising Management from Oregon State University.
