Rachel Wilson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at The BFM Fund since January 2024, Rachel focuses on supporting Black and diverse founders through a seed-stage venture capital model. In addition, Rachel has held the position of Chairwoman and Executive Director at Omnis Health Life and Wellness Center since 2016, where a commitment to mental health and substance use disorder treatment is evident. Previously, Rachel was Principal and Head of Operations at Collab Capital from January 2020 to December 2023, emphasizing sustainable business practices for Black entrepreneurs. Rachel's career also includes significant operational and sales roles at well-known companies such as Diageo, Combs Wine & Spirits, and SGL Supply Chain Strategies, showcasing a strong background in supply chain management, business development, and operational efficiency. Rachel holds an Executive Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business from Agnes Scott College.
