Oli Richards has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several roles in the marketing and new business fields. Oli currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at The Beyond Collective, where they lead marketing, new business, and PR efforts. Oli has also held the position of EMEA New Business Lead at by The Network.

Prior to that, Oli was a member of the IPA New Business & Marketing Group at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising, where they actively contributed to promoting best practices in the industry and mentoring the next generation of new business professionals.

Before joining The Beyond Collective, Oli worked at Dentsu Creative as the New Business Director, overseeing new integrated creative agency development within the network. Oli also served as the Marketing & New Business Director at dentsu mcgarrybowen London, where they played a key role in pitching and winning new clients and strengthening the agency's creative reputation.

Oli's earlier experience includes a role as the Head of Marketing at Synergy, Engine's Sport and Entertainment Marketing agency, where they were responsible for marketing and new business functions. Oli also worked as a Marketing Manager at Synergy, producing innovative content for clients. Oli started their career as a Business Development Manager at ITCH Agency, specializing in Entertainment Marketing.

Oli began their professional journey as a Recruitment Consultant at Huxley Associates. Oli holds a proven track record in the industry and continuously contributes to the growth and reputation of the agencies they work for.

Oli Richards attended the University of Reading from 2003 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
