Dinorah (Doni) Curkendall, MBA has a wealth of work experience. Dinorah (Doni) began their career in 2010 as an Executive Assistant at Goodwill Industries of Sacramento Valley & Northern Nevada. In 2013, they were promoted to Vice President of Operations, followed by Vice President of Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and then Chief of Staff. In 2019, they joined The Better Meat Co. as Executive Vice President of Operations. At The Better Meat Co., Doni is responsible for advancing their patented technology to create the most sustainable food future for the planet.

Dinorah (Doni) Curkendall holds an MBA from California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained between 2013 and 2015. Her field of study was Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they obtained a Political Science degree from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2006 and 2010, with a field of study in Spanish Language and Literature.
