Kristy Beresford, CPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Group Human Resources Manager at Bethanie since July 2023, Kristy has previously held roles such as People & Culture Regional Manager at DECMIL and Manager People and Culture at MSWA. Kristy's career began at Pindan, where significant contributions were made as both Group Human Resources Manager and Group Human Resources Coordinator. Early experience included the role of Human Resources Payroll Coordinator at Worldwide Online Printing. Kristy is certified through the AHRI Practising Certification Program in Human Resources and holds further qualifications from South Metropolitan TAFE.
