Jonathan Burman is an experienced organizational development consultant currently working at The Best Workplace since December 2015, where responsibilities include leading workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design projects while providing executive and management consultation. In addition to this role, Jonathan serves as an instructor and performance consultant at Emory University since 2017, facilitating courses in various leadership and management topics. Prior positions include Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Development at Mondi Group, Organizational Development Manager at Koch Industries, Corporate Leadership Trainer at Johnson & Johnson, and Manager of Leadership Development at MASCO Corporation. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Penn State University.
