Alia Marinone began their work experience in 2010 as a bartender at Cambridge Common Restaurant. Alia held this position from March 2010 to November 2017. In 2013, Alia transitioned to The Best Bees Company where they worked as an Operations Manager until January 2018. Alia then moved up to become the Director of Corporate Operations, a role they currently hold.

Alia Marinone obtained a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from Lesley University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2010, they attended Eckerd College and studied Environmental Studies, although they did not receive a degree from the institution.
