Dave Robles currently serves as a Middle School Teacher at Berkeley Carroll School, specializing in 7th grade Humanities, while also co-facilitating various affinity groups and extracurricular activities. Alongside this role, Dave holds a research fellowship at the University of Notre Dame, focusing on action research in gamification, hip hop education, and allyship, and contributes to the Center for Literacy Education blog. Previous experience includes teaching ELA and mathematics at Partnership Schools, where Dave took on leadership roles in coaching and mentoring, and serving as a REACH ELA Teacher at Regis High School. Dave obtained a Master of Education from Fordham Graduate School of Education and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross.
