Sarah De Lemos is an experienced professional in the field of access coordination and community partnerships, currently serving as Access Coordinator at the Institute for Urban Indigenous Health since March 2023. Previously, Sarah held the role of NDIS Access ECA Manager at the same institution, alongside a tenure as Community Partnership Worker at The Benevolent Society since October 2020.
