Nick Hendricks is an experienced professional in the employee benefits sector, currently serving as Principal at The Benefit Company, an IMA Financial Group Company, since August 2013. In this role, Nick focuses on helping clients optimize their health and welfare expenditures. Prior to this position, Nick worked as an Employee Benefits Advisor at BenefitMall from August 2009 to August 2013, where responsibilities included consulting with health and welfare brokers on compliance and plan design. Nick began a career in the industry as an Individual Broker Sales Representative at Thomas Rutherfoord and completed an internship there in 2008.
