Nawaf Zaghmout is a seasoned professional in network and security administration, currently serving as a Senior Network and Security Administrator at The BENEFIT Company since September 2020. Prior to this role, Nawaf accumulated extensive experience at Batelco from November 2011 to September 2020, where positions included Core Network Engineer and Solution Specialist for Voice & Data, focusing on the monitoring and maintenance of data and voice networks, including MPLS and ISDN. Nawaf began the career as an Internet Helpdesk Analyst. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology from Ahlia University, completed in 2011.
