Elizabeth Brown has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing within the property management industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Benchmark Management Corporation since June 2007, Elizabeth oversees a national portfolio of 22 communities with more than 5,000 units across ten states, implementing sales processes, training programs, and marketing strategies. Previously held the position of Sales Management Director at AIMCO, managing significant portfolios in the Tampa and Atlanta regions, and served as a Community Manager at multiple organizations, where responsibilities included budgeting, marketing, and team management. In addition, Elizabeth is the owner and photographer of Elizabeth Brown Photography, focusing on fine art photography of natural landscapes and coastal subjects. Elizabeth holds a BA in Communications from Virginia Tech.
