Tricia Marlar is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and litigation. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company since June 2019, Tricia previously held positions as Senior Corporate Counsel and Counsel at United Natural Foods, Inc., focusing on commercial contracts and compliance issues. Earlier legal roles include Associate positions at Mintz Levin and White & Case, where Tricia managed complex commercial litigations and provided litigation strategy advice. Notably, Tricia's career also includes significant contributions to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Mission to Bosnia-Herzegovina, overseeing public information and media rule violations, as well as civic education initiatives with the National Democratic Institute. Tricia holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, a Master's in International Affairs from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from American University.
