Alison Mathews is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at The Baupost Group since May 2016. Prior to this role, Alison held various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Senior Recruiter for both Commercial Insurance and Corporate Finance, in addition to serving as an HR Generalist and Recruiter for Corporate Finance. Experience also includes working as an HR Analyst at State Street Bank and an HR intern at Mercer. Early career internships at Filomeno & Company and The Hartford provided foundational industry exposure. Alison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bryant University and completed high school education at Simsbury High School.
