Adam Elias, CPP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Security & Safety Programs at The Baupost Group since February 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Director of State House Security for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from August 2017 to February 2023. Adam's extensive experience in public safety includes leadership positions such as Director and Deputy Director of Public Safety at the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority from March 2012 to August 2017, and Public Safety Director and Assistant Public Safety Director at Faneuil Hall Marketplace through Valor Security Services from March 2008 to February 2012. Adam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Merrimack College, a Master of Science in Crime & Justice Studies from Suffolk University, and a Master of Public Affairs from Merrimack College.
