Jean Holmes currently serves as the Director of Development at the Family Service Association of Bucks County and as the President of All Systems Go Consulting, focusing on empowering nonprofits and amplifying their impact. Previously, Jean held key roles including Director of Philanthropy and Donor Relations at the Bucks County Herald and Vice President of Advancement at the Hepatitis B Foundation, where significant fundraising achievements included a 138% increase in resources. Jean's extensive background in development also includes roles at Bucks County Community College, where leadership vision and management of development programs generated considerable financial support, as well as experience in media operations at United Online. Jean holds an MBA from Holy Family University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Urban Studies from Temple University.
